These terms cover the public Note Superheroes website and its previews, managed by Landon Petersen. Paid curriculum subscriptions and district access are subject to their own agreed terms.

What is available

The website introduces the curriculum and shows selected examples. The free Rhythm Refresh Pack is coming soon. Joining the interest list requests news; it does not provide immediate curriculum access, make a purchase, or reserve a release date. Grades 4–5 are in development. District trial scope and timing are agreed before participation.

Educational use

Teachers select activities, supervise students, and adapt instruction to their classrooms. The curriculum is designed to develop musicianship; no particular assessment score, evaluation rating, or student outcome is guaranteed.

Materials and ownership

Materials include Note Superheroes content and third-party materials used under license. Viewing a preview does not transfer ownership or grant permission to redistribute, resell, or publicly host curriculum packages or third-party assets. Classroom-use permissions supplied with a resource govern that resource.

Responsible access

Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or submit personal student information. External websites have their own terms and privacy practices.
