Note Superheroes

For fine arts directors

Build the foundations
for sixth-grade music.

Start with what students should carry into band, choir, or orchestra: reading a new phrase, singing with understanding, and holding a part while listening. Explore a focused trial of the connected elementary lessons that build toward those skills.

Discuss a district trial →

A supported, time-limited trial. Available scope is agreed before teachers begin.

A small trial with a clear question.

Can students use the musical learning in a fresh phrase, and can your teachers deliver the sequence in the time they have?

  1. Choose a pathway

Agree on a grade, a small teacher group, and one musicianship goal. Confirm available lessons and the trial window before starting.

  2. Teach and observe

Teachers use the sequence and embedded checks. Individual student observations stay on paper.

  3. Review together

Discuss fresh-material performance, later recall, classroom fit, and teacher workload before considering broader access.

What will the director receive?

A shared trial scope, access to the agreed sequence, and a review of teacher feedback and class-level observations. The trial is designed to examine outcomes; it does not promise a mastery percentage.
